Securities Regulatory Authorities

Securities regulatory authority has the meaning ascribed to that term in securities legislation and, without limiting the foregoing, means, the securities commission or similar regulatory authorities in each jurisdiction of Canada namely

The British Columbia Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Affairs, Saskatchewan, Manitoba Securities Commission, Ontario Securities Commission, Autorité des marchés financiers, Financial and Consumer Services Commission (New Brunswick), Nova Scotia Securities Commission, Securities Commission of Newfoundland and Labrador, Office of the Superintendent of Securities of Prince Edward Island, Office of the Superintendent of Securities Government of Northwest Territories, Office of the Superintendent of Securities for Nunavut, and Office of the Yukon Superintendent of Securities.
