Minimum Amount Exemption

The following page defines the Minimum Amount Investment Exemption.

Minimum Amount Investment Exemption means the exemption from the prospectus requirement available in all jurisdictions of Canada pursuant to securities legislation and, without limiting the foregoing, for reference, includes a distribution of a security by an issuer to a non-individual that purchases securities of the issuer that has an acquisition cost to the purchaser of a minimum of CDN$150,000 at the time of the distribution.
